In its unique bowl setting, Kenneth R. Gill Stadium is the home
of the Green Terror football, men's and women's lacrosse and men's
and women's track and field teams. Sportexe Momemtum Turf was
installed in 2004. Surrounding the field is an eight-lane
track. Lights were added in 2010. A new 1,434-seat grandstand
and stadium featuring press, coaches and VIP areas as well as a
concession area and team rooms was constructed in 2012.
On Nov. 3, 2012, McDaniel officially dedicated the
new Kenneth R. Gill Stadium during halftime ceremonies of the
Homecoming football game. The new landmark provides first-class
seating, concessions, press box, coaches’ rooms, observation
boxes, filming area, home- and visiting-team meeting and training
rooms plus the Sydney Albrittain Hospitality Suite –
transforming the stadium, bowl and field into one of the finest
athletic facilities not only in the Centennial Conference, but in
all of Division III.
