Compliance Information

Below are instructions that all McDaniel College student-athletes must follow in order to be eligible to compete on an intercollegiate team.

1. NCAA Compliance Paperwork: The NCAA requires that student-athletes complete a Student-Athlete Statement and Drug Testing Consent Form before being eligible for competition. This paperwork will be done through our Front Rush Software and will come from the compliance officer. All NCAA and McDaniel mandated compliance paperwork must be correctly submitted prior to being eligible to participate in any practice. The athletics communications bio information form, which is part of the list of required forms within FrontRush, must be submitted prior to being included on the website roster.

2. Medical Paperwork: Required medical paperwork must be submitted prior to being eligible to participate in any practice. You will receive further information directly from your coach or a member of the sports medicine staff. That process will begin once initial rosters are declared.

3. Sexual Violation Prevention Training: All student-athletes are annually required to complete a training session related to sexual violence prevention. This learning module will be emailed to you and must be completed prior to being eligible to compete.

4. Code of Conduct: Each student-athlete will also be required to review and sign the department's code of conduct prior to the team's first contest.
