CARLISLE, Pa. – The McDaniel College men's swimming team fell in a tri-meet by scores of 180-64 and 172-76 to host Dickinson and Misericordia on Saturday.
Sophomore
Zach Duck finished third in the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 10:55.40 while junior
Joshua Morgan took third place in the 200-yard freestyle, clocking in at 1:53.53. Sophomore
Niall Navarra finished fourth in the 50-yard backstroke with a time of 28.50 seconds and first year
Noah Minarcik took fourth in the 100-yard butterfly at 1:00.09.
Duck finished with a time of 24.58 seconds in the 50-yard freestyle, just ahead of first year
Gavin Buchheit who clocked in at 27.69. Morgan took fifth in the 100-yard freestyle while
junior
Ethan Gell finished third in the 100-yard backstroke. First year
Matt Lyons-Bennington finished third in the 50-yard butterfly at 26.55 seconds while Gell took fifth in the 200-yard individual medley.
The Green Terror will head to Lancaster, Pa. to compete in the Centennial Conference Championships on Feb. 19 hosted by Franklin & Marshall.
