WASHINGTON, D.C. - The McDaniel College men's swimming team swept a tri-meet with Gallaudet and Goucher in the nation's capital on Saturday, posting its highest win total since the 2003-04 season.
With five wins, The Green Terror (5-8) have posted their highest win total in a season since 2003-04. That year, they finished with a record of 7-4.
The team began the meet with a win in the 200-yard medley relay. Sophomore

Ethan Gell combined for a final time of 1:49.38.

Aleksei Dudley won the 1,000-yard freestyle with a time of 11:39.79, fishing ahead of sophomore
Cooper Eastlack. Freshman
Zach Duck won the 200-yard freestyle, clocking in at 1:59.88 while Navarra secured another win in the 200-yard individual medley at 2:11.61.
Gell posted a win in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 55.44 seconds while Morgan won the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 59.58 seconds.
Duck won his second event of the day with a time of 5:12.03 in the 500-yard freestyle and Navarra earned his third win of the day in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:09.55.
McDaniel rounded out the meet with a win in the 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:41.10.
The Green Terror return to action next Saturday, Feb. 1 when they host a Centennial Conference meet against Dickinson at Harlow Pool beginning at 1 p.m.
