LOUISVILLE, Ky. - McDaniel College women's cross country sophomore Maya Colavito led the team with a 43rd-place finish at the Live in Lou Classic hosted by Division I Louisville at EP Tom Sawyer State Park Saturday.

The Green Terror finished 18th with 462 points. Division II Ursuline won the meet with 79 points while Cassondra O'Connor from Division II Point Park won the 5K silver race.

Colavito ran a time of 20:46.6, climbing 36 spots throughout the race. Junior Piper Nagaraj placed 115th with a time of 22:37.6, moving up 43 spots since the start.

Junior Anna Kale ran a personal-best time of 23:17.6 while senior Emily Paulson also had a personal best with a time of 23:56.7. Junior Natalie Kaminsky posted a time of 24:06.2.

The Green Terror will be back in action on Saturday, Oct. 19 in the Aubrey Shenk Invitational hosted by Gettysburg.
