CHESTERTOWN, Md - The Green Terror fell 45-149 to Washington College in a dual meet. Senior Christian Walker leads with strong performances.
The 200 yard freestyle relay of freshman Zack Duck, sophomore Josh Morgan, Walker, and sophomore Dimitri Raush-Gernet won with a time of 1:37.57. The 200 yard medley relay team of freshman Connor Woodward, sophomore Ethan Gell, senior Aleksei Dudley, and Senior Mark Sanelli placed third with a time of 1:59.70
Walker placed second in the 200 yard IM with a time of 2:10.11. He also took second in the 100 yard freestyle with a time of 52.31. Morgan placed third in the 200 yard freestyle in 1:53.81. Morgan also took fourth in the 100 yard freestyle 1:00.15.
Duck placed second in the 1000 yard freestyle with a time of 10:49.63. Duck also placed fourth in the 100 yard backstroke with a time of 1:03.08.
Dudley in the 500 yard freestyle placed third with a time of 5:33.71. Dudley also placed fifth in the 200 yard freestyle with a time of 2:06.45. Gell took fourth in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 25.16. Gell also placed fourth in the 500 yard freestyle with a time 6:01.76.
Sanelli placed fourth in the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:24.85. He also placed fifth in the 200 yard IM with a time of 2:44.85.
Woodward in the 50 yard freestyle placed fifth with a time of 26.65. Woodward also placed fifth in the 100 yard freestyle with a time of 59.95. Raush-Gernet placed fifth in the 100 yard backstroke with a time of 1:11.89.
Sophomore Aiden Letos placed sixth in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 38.21. He also placed sixth in the 100 yard freestyle with a time of 1:26.33
The McDaniel College Swim Team will be back in action on November 2nd against Penn State Altoona at home.
