WESTMINSTER, Md. - McDaniel College men's swimming senior Aleksei Dudley finished second in the 1,000-yard freestyle Saturday in a dual meet against Hood at Harlow Pool on Senior Day.
The Green Terror closed out its home schedule, falling to the Blazers, 178-62.
Dudley touched the wall second in the 1,000 free in a time of 12:43.17 before partnering with freshman Josh Morgan, freshman Ethan Gell, and junior Christian Walker to place second in the 20-yard freestyle relay in 1:40.07. Dudley would also place fourth in the 100-yard freestyle.
The 200-yard medley relay team of Morgan, Walker, Gell, and freshman Caden Barcicowski placed second with a time of 1:49.36.
Morgan posted the team's lone individual win, touching the wall first in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:14.91. He also finished second in the 100-yard backstroke in 1:00.60.
Gell placed second in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:11.34 and third in the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:37.36.
Walker finished second in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:13.33 and third in the 100-yard butterfly in 58.67 seconds.
Freshman Cooper Eastlack placed third in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:23.60 and third in the 500-yard freestyle in 6:28.33 while freshman Grant Pawley finished third in the 200 back with a time of 3:26.41.
Freshman Dimitri Raush-Gernet placed fourth in the 200 free in 2:28.68 and fourth in the 500-yard freestyle in 6:57.20.
In the 50-yard freestyle, Barcicowski placed fourth with a time of 26.18 seconds while junior Mark Sanelli placed fourth in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:48.80.
McDaniel returns to action on Jan. 27 in the Stevenson Invitational at the McDonogh School beginning at 2:30 p.m.
