GETTYSBURG, Pa. - McDaniel College men's swimming sophomores Mark Sanelli and Christian Walker each earned second-place points as the team concluded the regular season on Saturday at Gettysburg.

Sanelli placed second in the 200-yard breaststroke, finishing just two seconds off his season-best while Walker was second in the 200-yard IM. He also came in third in the 100-yard butterfly, just 0.31 seconds off his season best with a time of 56.34 seconds.

Senior Jack Alperstein was third in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 53.25 seconds, finishing just ahead of sophomore Matthew Lessler.

Walker was fourth in the 200-yard butterfly, Alperstein was fourth in the 50-yard freestyle and junior Aleksei Dudley was fourth in the 500-yard freestyle.

McDaniel will has two weeks before it returns to Gettysburg for the 2023 Centennial Conference Swimming Championships which begin on Thursday, Feb. 16 and conclude on Sunday, Feb. 19.
