HAVERFORD, Pa. - McDaniel College women's cross country senior
Bailey Mullen set a new program record at the 2022 Centennial Conference Cross Country Championships hosted by Haverford on Saturday.
As a team, McDaniel placed 10th while Johns Hopkins won the event with Dickinson and Swarthmore finishing second and third, respectively.
Mullen was McDaniel's top finisher for the Green Terror, placing 26th with a time of 23:51.60 which beat the program record on the Haverford course by over 20 seconds.
Senior
Megan O'Neill finished 61st with a time of 25:38.70 which is the program's sixth-fastest time for the Haverford course. Freshman
Piper Nagaraj placed 81st while
Anna Kale and
Arianna Lowengrub rounding out scorer's for McDaniel.
Johns Hopkins' Alex Ross won the event with a time of 21:36.80.
McDaniel returns to action on Saturday, November 12 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships hosted by Susquehanna at Lock Haven University.
