McDaniel places 26 on Spring Academic Honor Roll

LANCASTER, Pa. – Twenty-six McDaniel College student-athletes have been named to the 2012 Centennial Conference (CC) Spring Academic Honor Roll, announced recently. To be nominated for the honor roll, a student-athlete must be a starter or key reserve, be of sophomore standing or higher, and have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.40. The honored Green Terror student-athletes are:

Senior Katherine Restrepo (Wyomissing, Pa./Wyomissing Area).

Men’s Lacrosse

Junior Michael Marks (Ellicott City, Md./St. Vincent Pallotti).

Women’s Lacrosse

Junior Kerry Campbell (Gaithersburg, Md./Damascus), sophomore Danielle DeColli (Mt. Airy, Md./South Carroll), sophomore Kaylee Hoover (Winter Garden, Fla./West Orange), junior Paige Messersmith (Phoenix, Md./Dulaney), senior Steph Nichols (Wilmington, Del./St. Mark’s), sophomore Monica Parcell (Prospect Park, Pa./Interboro), senior Chelsea Watkins (Columbia, Md./Hammond).

Softball

In all, 404 student-athletes from the CC’s 11 member institutions were named to the 2012 Spring Academic Honor Roll.
