Herrgott named to All-CC first team
LANCASTER, Pa. – Taylor Herrgott (Derwood, Md./Magruder), a junior on the McDaniel College volleyball team, has been named to the 2008 All-Centennial Conference (CC) first team, released on Tuesday.
Herrgott, a middle hitter, led the team with 383 kills and a
conference-best .323 hitting percentage. She also paced the squad
with 81 total blocks while adding 25 aces and 44 digs.
It is Herrgott’s third appearance on the all-conference team.
An honorable mention selection as a freshman, she was named to the
second team last season.
The Green Terror finished the season at 12-16 overall (5-5
CC).
