Five individuals, team named to academic squad by IWLCA
The IWLCA announced its 2016 Academic Honor Roll on Friday, and five McDaniel student-athletes were among the honorees. The team was also recognized for its success in the classroom.

Making the grade
McDaniel College has announced its Dean’s List from the Spring 2016 semester and 121 Green Terror student-athletes qualified for the honors. Twelve Green Terror student-athletes were named to the Green and Gold Honor Roll this past semester.

Maggie Quinn led the Green Terror with two goals in her final collegiate game. Washington jumped out to a 6-1 lead en route to a 17-5 victory over McDaniel.

Maggie Quinn led the Green Terror with two goals and two assists. Ursinus scored 10 straight goals to overcome an early 3-0 deficit and defeat McDaniel, 11-5.

Barbeito nets 200th career point
Samantha Barbeito led the Green Terror with a pair of goals, including netting her 200th collegiate point. Dickinson jumped out to a 7-1 lead en route to a 15-9 victory over McDaniel.

Quinn tallies game-winner on road
Maggie Quinn was one of five players to score two goals for the Green Terror, including netting the game-winning goal with 3:55 to play in regulation. McDaniel had the final say in a back-and-forth affair, edging Swarthmore, 12-11.

Geiger records hat trick
Olivia Geiger led the Green Terror with her first collegiate hat trick, scoring three goals to go along with nine draw controls. Haverford scored the final four goals of the game to defeat McDaniel, 13-11.

Olivia Geiger was one of seven players for the Green Terror to record a pair of goals. McDaniel jumped out to a 9-1 lead just 14 minutes into the game en route to an 18-2 victory over Bryn Mawr.

Sam Barbeito led the Green Terror with six goals. Babson outscored McDaniel 10-4 after halftime to capture a 17-13 non-conference women’s lacrosse victory on Thursday.

Farrell scores twice
Allison Farrell led the Green Terror with a pair of goals while Maggie Quinn added two goals and an assist. No. 12 Amherst scored the first seven goals of the second half to break open a 7-4 game and defeat McDaniel, 14-6.

Making the grade
