Four named academic squad by IWLCA
WESTMINSTER, Md. – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) announced its 2012 Academic Honor Roll on Wednesday, and four McDaniel student-athletes were among the honorees.
Two days after the Green Terror was successful in the classroom as one of 61 Division III teams to earn the distinction of an Academic Squad with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, four individuals were honored.
Graduated seniors Steph Nichols (Wilmington, Del./St. Mark's) and Chelsea Watkins (Columbia, Md./Hammond) received the honor as did rising seniors Kerry Campbell (Gaithersburg, Md./Damascus) and Paige Messersmith (Phoenix, Md./Dulaney).
