Senior earns third-team nod
WESTMINSTER, Md. – Brittany Baer (Manchester, Md./Westminster), a senior on the McDaniel women's lacrosse team, has been named a third-team All-American by womenslacrosse.com, released on Tuesday.
An attacker, Baer earned her first national honor after a second straight selection to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association All-Metro Region first team last week. She was tabbed first-team All-Centennial Conference (CC) for the second consecutive season.
Baer, led the Green Terror (10-6, 4-5 CC) with a CC-high 55 goals and 64 points. She added a program-record 64 draw controls to go with 29 ground balls and a team-best 28 caused turnovers.
