LANCASTER, Pa. – The Centennial Conference (CC) has announced the first in a series of four basketball video plays of the week and the conference needs fans to decide the winners.
Four times during the season, the conference is selecting three or four nominees and posting videos for fans to vote on. The first vote includes two McDaniel players.
On the men's side, Duane Echols (Jessup, Md./Hammond) has been nominated for his dunk against Penn State-Mont Alto on Jan. 3. Phillip Perry (Crownsville, Md./Annapolis Area Christian) stole the ball and passed it ahead to Echols, who slammed home his first collegiate dunk.
Echols is up against dunks from Franklin & Marshall's Jon Salandra, Gettysburg's Alex Zurn and Swarthmore's Jay Kober.

On the women's side, Brittney Davis (Laurel, Md./St. Vincent Pallotti) was nominated for her spin move down the lane and ensuing layup. Davis streaked the length of the court and drove down the lane, spinning and hitting the layup.
Davis is up against plays from Gettysburg's Rianna Doane and Swarthmore's Madge Ross.
