May 10, 2016 Five earn All-CC softball honors Five members of the McDaniel softball team have been named to the All-Centennial Conference team. Lindsey Miller was named to the first team while Payton Lewis and Jamie Weisser earned second-team accolades. Carly Deichman and Valerie Lamb were tabbed honorable mention.

May 7, 2016 Miller picks up 100th hit in CC tournament Lindsey Miller led McDaniel, recording her 100th career hit in the day’s second game. The third-seeded Green Terror dropped a 4-1 decision to second-seeded Gettysburg in tournament’s opening game before falling 7-1 to fourth-seeded Haverford in the first elimination game.

May 2, 2016 McDaniel to battle for CC title McDaniel will travel to Chestertown, Md., for the 2016 Centennial Conference softball championship tournament this weekend. The third-seeded Green Terror will take on second-seeded Gettysburg in Friday’s first first-round game at 2 p.m.

April 30, 2016 Galati records four hits in playoff-securing split Ally Galati led the Green Terror with four hits. McDaniel took the opener 7-4 to officially secure its fifth straight conference tournament bid before Washington (Md.) escaped game two with a 2-1 win and lock up the top seed in next weekend’s conference tournament.

April 27, 2016 Scardina caps four-homer day with first career dinger in sweep Morgan Scardina recorded her first collegiate home run to cap the day of long balls for the Green Terror, who won the opener 11-7 before taking the nightcap 11-1 in six innings. McDaniel hit four home runs in a doubleheader sweep of Stevenson.
