LANCASTER, Pa. – Erinne Warrenfeltz (Smithsburg, Md./Middletown), a sophomore on the McDaniel softball team, has been named the Centennial Conference (CC) Player of the Week for the week of Mar. 22-28.
It marks the second consecutive week Warrenfeltz has earned the conference honor.
Warrenfeltz hit .700 on the week for the Green Terror (10-8, 1-1 CC), rapping out seven hits in 10 at bats. Among her seven knocks were three doubles and a home run for a 1.300 slugging percentage. She also drew five walks and was hit by three pitches for an .833 on-base percentage.
For the season, she leads McDaniel with a .540 batting average, 27 hits, 26 RBIs, 22 runs scored and five home runs. She ranks second on the squad with seven doubles. She also has a .980 slugging percentage and a .636 on-base percentage.
The Green Terror returns to action at in a doubleheader at Stevenson on Friday. The first game begins at 2:30 p.m.
