Gallagher wins twice to pace nine event wins

HAGERSTOWN, Md. – Michael Gallagher (Elko, Nev./Elko) won the 300 and high jump to lead McDaniel at the Larry Sharp Invitational hosted by Hagerstown CC in men's indoor track and field action on Sunday.

  • Jamie Mintz: 55, finishing first with a time of 7.07 seconds.
  • Gavin Gibson: 800, finishing first with a time of 2:06.19.
  • Caleb White: 55 hurdles, finishing first with a time of 8.65 seconds.
  • Nevin Stambaugh (Taneytown, Md./Francis Scott Key): 55 hurdles, finishing second with a time of 8.89 seconds.
  • Michael Gallagher: high jump, finishing first on jumps with a mark of 1.72 meters.
  • Nathaniel Alston (Catonsville, Md./Benjamin Franklin): high jump, finishing second with a mark of 1.72 meters.
  • Billy Emerson: shot put, finishing first with a mark of 14.32 meters.
  • Taylor Wagner (Dunkirk, Md./Northern): shot put, finishing second with a mark of 12.92 meters.

A New Standard: The following athletes hit ECAC-qualifying marks at the meet:

  • Miky Kisi (Baltimore, Md./Archbishop Curley): 500, finishing second with a time of 1:10.24.
