Giles paces team at top

BALTIMORE, Md. – Johns Hopkins won all three doubles matches 8-0 to key a 9-0 win over McDaniel in Centennial Conference (CC) men's tennis action on Wednesday.

Will Giles (LaVale, Md./Bishop Walsh) led the Green Terror (2-10, 0-5 CC) at No. 1 singles, falling 6-1, 6-1 to Mike Buxbaum.

Justin Kang led the 20th-ranked Blue Jays (6-0, 3-0 CC), winning twice without dropping a game. He teamed with Emerson Walsh for an 8-0 win at second doubles before taking fifth singles, 6-0, 6-0.

The Green Terror returns to action at home against Hood on Monday. Match time is 3:30 p.m.
