Red Devils record pair of 6-0, 6-0 wins in singles

WESTMINSTER, Md. – Matt Wood won twice, including by a 6-0, 6-0 score at fifth singles, to lead Dickinson to a 9-0 victory over McDaniel in Centennial Conference (CC) men’s tennis action on Saturday.

The Red Devils (9-6, 3-2 CC) swept singles play, dropping just five games in the process.

Wood teamed with Andrew Kastner for an 8-3 win at second doubles before tallying his singles win.

Ross Anstaett also won 6-0, 6-0, notching his win at No. 1 singles after teaming with Hunter Holbrook for an 8-4 win at first doubles.

McDaniel returns to action at home against Lancaster Bible on Monday. Match time is 3:30 p.m.
