Making the grade
McDaniel College has announced its Dean’s List from the Spring 2016 semester and 121 Green Terror student-athletes qualified for the honors. Twelve Green Terror student-athletes were named to the Green and Gold Honor Roll this past semester.

Storm Robinson drew the Green Terror within a goal, converting a penalty kick in the 59th minute. Washington (Md.) jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first 19 minutes and held on for a 2-1 victory over McDaniel.

JP O’Connor scored in the first half for the Green Terror, converting a penalty kick to draw the hosts even in the 34th minute. McDaniel and Penn State-Harrisburg scored one goal apiece in each half of regulation to play to a 2-all draw.

On Sept. 3, 23 members of the McDaniel men’s soccer team walked a mile on the track of Gill Stadium in support of Church World Service and Maurice Bloem’s 100 mile hunger walk.
