DiLeonardi joins the Green Terror staff as an assistant coach for the 2013 season.
He primarily works with the goalkeepers, in addition to assisting with all aspects of the program, including fundraising, recruiting, and player development.
DiLeonardi is also a member of the Baltimore Bays Chelsea Wolves, a U.S. Soccer-affiliated organization. DiLeonardi is also the head coach of the U15 Maryland O.D.P. (Olympic Development Program) Region 1 team.
DiLeonardi also works with many local clubs in the Maryland area with their goalkeeping training. This experience drove the creation of Level 5, a goalkeeping training company and sports fitness development company. During the summer of 2014, he had the opportunity to work alongside Eric Steele, former Manchester United GK Coach, and Andy Quy, current Stoke City GK Coach.
DiLeonardi currently he holds a Level D License from US Soccer and a NSCAA level 1 and 2 Goalkeeping diploma as well as a NSCAA diploma.
Outside of McDaniel, DiLeonardi is the technical director and co-owner of Mighty Kicks Baltimore, a program that uses soccer as a tool to help young people become more active at a young age. The program works with children ages 2 1/2 through 7.
