Aaron Bilbie (Shrewsbury, Pa./Susquehannock) made seven saves in goal for the Green Terror.
Randy Hilleary (Bonney Lake, Wash./Skyline) had five shots.

FOR THE FOES
• Christopher Amoruso made two saves in the second half and overtimes.
• Robert Maze took six shots.

THE REST OF THE STORY
Joel Afata (Manchester, Pa./Northeastern) had a 1-on-1 look in the 85th minute but his shot from the left side slid just wide of the net.
• Off a corner in the 92nd minute, Robert Maze headed a ball that Aaron Bilbie punched over the crossbar to keep the game scoreless.

THE INSIDE STORY
• Franklin & Marshall finished with a 20-14 edge in shots, including 6-1 in the two overtimes.
• The Diplomats also had an 8-2 advantage in corner kicks.
• The tie snapped a 12-game winning streak by F&M in the series, dating back to a 3-1 Green Terror win in 2005.
