Three members of the McDaniel football team have been named to the All-Centennial Conference team. Claude Richardson was named to the second team while Paul Flagg and Perry Stefanelli were tabbed honorable mention.
Ben Kahn led the Green Terror with 12 tackles. Matt Cathey had a pair of touchdown, scoring on a 10-yard run and returning one of two blocked punts six yards for a score. Johns Hopkins built a 41-7 halftime en route to a 48-28 victory over McDaniel.
Andre Henry Jr. led the Green Terror with 138 yards on eight catches for the first 100-yard receiving day of the season. McDaniel scored a touchdown early and a touchdown late to defeat Juniata, 20-13.
Breon Herbert hauled in four passes for the Green Terror but none bigger than final one – a 58-yard touchdown grab that broke a 7-all tie. McDaniel found the end zone midway through the fourth quarter to top Dickinson 14-7 in a defensive battle.
Will Koester led the Green Terror with 251 yards passing, completing 27 of 49 passes with three touchdowns. Gettysburg scored the first 21 points of the game before hanging on for a 38-23 victory over McDaniel.
